  1. Go to the homepage https://ads.google.com/

  1. Adjust the billing country and currency, then click "Next"

  1. Link your credit card information. If you have linked one before, select it. Otherwise, add new credit card details and submit.

  1. At this point, your account has been successfully created

  1. Click "Continue" to proceed to the dashboard
